Asics x A.P.C Men's Clothing Review (2025)

Asics and the French fashion house A.P.C launched a joint tennis apparel line called ASICS x A.P.C this spring. The collection draws inspiration from 1970s style and the clothes are largely designed with a unisex approach.

I received a sleeveless tennis shirt and tennis shorts from Asics from this collection. My first impression was that, although the clothes were made in collaboration with a fashion house, they fit surprisingly well for tennis in terms of materials and design. The fabric of the clothes is very thin, yet durable and has a sturdy feel.

The cuts of the sleeveless shirt are done in a very retro style, and the shirt is relaxed but still fitted enough for tennis. The shorts are made with the same idea in mind, but they are very short in length (7 inches).

Although the prices of the shirt and shorts ($90) are rather high, the ASICS x A.P.C collection is a successful whole that combines quality and style. The clothes are well suited both for the tennis court and for leisure time.
